| Ari Atoll | |
The Ari Atoll is one of the biggest Atolls in the Maldives. It is situated south west from Male and luckily isn't too much of a hike to get to.
As the tourism in the Maldives has increased over the years, it's transfer services have improved greatly. There are regular transfers by both Air Taxi and Speed Boat to the main resort islands which can take anything from 30 mins to 2 hours depending on what form of transport you choose.
The resort I stayed in was called Ari Beach, it is to the far south of the Atoll and was absolutely gorgeous.
